From our Committee of Management
The Committee of Management reminds all Members that
A Special General Meeting and the Annual General Meeting will be held at the Club on May 7th at 7.00pm.
All Full Members are requested to attend to ensure the complete democratic process is followed at the Club. There will be a vote required to approve the New Draft Constitution and Regulations. These documents will not be final and will be adjusted over the next twelve months as we work through the transition period.
As both Men's and Ladies Sections voted to unify the two bowls Committees into one this will form part of the New Constitution.
Nominations for positions within Club Committees closed last Friday.
Secretaries for all Committees are still required and the Men's Bowls Committee is still short on numbers.
We ask that members do consider that the Club cannot function without these important positions being filled. The present secretaries will give full support to incoming Secretaries.
Those members with email addresses will have received an electronic version of their Membership Renewal Notice and the Volunteer Survey Sheet. You will also receive in the mail printed copies of these along with your Notice of Meetings and Ballot Papers for both Selection Committees. Please use one version or the other, of the Membership Renewal, not both.
Bowls Victoria Survey Now Open
Following on from my notification email last week, can you please forward this request to complete a Bowls Victoria survey to your Club's database at your earliest convenience. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes and is to be completed by 5pm on Wednesday 25th April 2018 via this link: https://survey-au.researchnow.com/survey/selfserve/53b/180413?list=0&src=95&c=19&w=1&decLang=english
